The vision of our ministry is to reach "Every Nation in our Generation." To accomplish this goal, we must evangelize the lost, establish believers, equip them to make disciples, and expand the Kingdom of God by sending out men and women into the harvest fields of the world.

The Every Nation Leadership Institute School of Ministry plays a vital role in this process. It exists to teach, equip, and motivate every member of the Every Nation Family of Churches and Ministries to make disciples and to maximize their fruitfulness - no matter what area of Christian service they are called to.

The School of Ministry is a part-time, two year course that is purposefully designed to provide discipleship training and biblical teaching for people from all walks of life. The first year focuses on the discipleship-making process and the second year developing leadership skills that can be applied to all areas of life.

The curriculum has a global perspective, and is being taught in all our Every Nation churches around the world. Completion of the School of Ministry is expected before attending our graduate level schools. The three graduate schools are: the Graduate School of Campus Ministry in Los Angeles , CA ; the School of Pastoral Ministry and Church Planting in Nashville , TN ; and the School of World Missions and Church Planting in Manila , Philippines .
