Harvest Renewal Church was established in January of 2000. It began with a hand full of families and individuals who were previously meeting together as Franklin Street Church . Pastor Doug & Cindy Watson and their family moved to Richmond to be founding pastors of HRC.

Harvest Renewal has steadily grown since that time. College staff, office workers, a Bible school, Life groups, an entire children's ministry and many other ministries have all been established.

We are expecting tremendous growth, not only in numbers, but also in the personal lives of the members as we honor God and advance His kingdom in our generation for many generations to come.
